Pursuant to the “Transparency in Coverage” rule established by the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2021, Hajoca Corporation is required to make extensive price transparency disclosures to the public in the form of two machine-readable files effective July 1, 2022 and updated monthly thereafter.

These two files show in-network medical provider negotiated rates and historical out-of-network allowed amounts, respectively. A requirement for an additional file with prescription drug information is postponed indefinitely.
