• Process inbound telephone call generated Sales Transactions
• Develop new business using outbound telemarketing campaigns
• Support Outside Sales/Counter Sales activities
• Provide Project Management activities directly related to customer product timing needs

• Maintain customer relationships through visits to client jobsites and corporate offices
• Conduct off-site sales transactions
• Prepare computer generated Sales Tickets
• Prepare computer generated Bid Proposals and advise customers on products offered for sale
• Provide customer service
• Do blueprint take-offs and create complete job information packages

• Conduct walk-in sales transactions
• Prepare computer-generated Sales Tickets
• Pick items from the warehouse to complete Walk-In Sales transactions
• Advise customers on products offered for sale
• Maintain and stock merchandise displays in the Counter Sales area
• Provide customer service

• Analyse product usage
• Project new product quantities
• Manage On-Hand stock item levels
• Oversee Vendor Returns
• Negotiate Vendor terms
• Oversee Vendors
• Oversee Special Order activity
• Track inbound orders
• Maintain pricing structures

• Operate company trucks up to 25’ in length
• Successfully maintain DOT Commercial Vehicle Operator qualifications
• Maintain assigned company vehicle(s)
• Load materials onto company trucks manually and by using mechanized handling equipment
• Deliver material to customer sites and pick up material as necessary
• Ensure goods are transported safely and accounted for
• Record and obtain receipts of materials

• Receive inbound materials and review for proper descriptions and quantities
• Oversee proper storage of all goods
• Pull material for delivery and loads material onto company trucks manually and by using mechanized equipment
• Advise the Profit Center Manager on the efficiency of the warehouse layout and in-stock positions
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Accountable for all aspects of profit center operations and profit center results
• Develop and execute a profit center Business Plan
• Lead all profit center employees
• Direct all location sales and marketing activities
• Manage all profit center customer service activities
• Create and maintain a profit center manpower plan
• Manage profit center inventory planning and purchasing functions
• Maintain relationships with profit center vendors
